Growing Dreams 2009
Growing Dreams 2009 was held at the Fairmont Kea Lani on August 29 of 2009 and featured the fabulous floral designer, Hitomi Gilliam. Ms. Gilliam mesmerized the audience with her creations. The fashion show featuring Blue Ginger, Water Lily and If The Shoe Fits also entertained everyone. Mahalo to all for their support of this exceptional event! Below are some highlights from the day.
Growing Dreams 2008
Growing Dreams 2008 was held at the Four Seasons Resort Wailea on Saturday, August 23, 2008. Rene van Rems gave a fantastic demonstration to an enthralled audience. Chico's also delighted the audience with the Fashion segment. We wish to thank everyone for their continuing support of the Maui Youth & Family Services' signature event. We look forward to seeing you all again next year for Growing Dreams 2009. Mahalo!
Growing Dreams 2007
This year marked the seventh anniversary of Growing Dreams 2007. The event was held at the Four Seasons Resort and featured renowned floral artist, J Schwanke. He proved to delight the audience with his mastery, wisdom and philosophical approach to flowers, as we well as humanity. Serendipity delivered a fantastic fashion show, and when it was all over the attendees were left eagerly awaiting next year's event.
Thanks to everyone for their donations, time, support and energy. Through your efforts we were able to raise over $60,000 in support of our programs including prevention, mental health and substance abuse treatment throughout Maui County.
