Jud R. Cunningham CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER Mr. Cunningham has over 35 years of experience in behavioral health and human services, including nearly twenty-five years as an administrator of behavioral health organizations. His work included positions in the Navajo Nation, Arizona, Washington State and Hawaii (1992). Jud attended college and graduate school in West Virginia, earning a Master s degree in Social Work from West Virginia University in 1973. He also did post graduate work at the University of San Francisco, earning a certificate in Rehabilitation Administration. |

Daryl Selman DIRECTOR OF QUALITY ASSURANCE Ms. Selman has been with AHI/MYFS/MFRC for 13 years. She has worked in the Social Services field for more than 30 years. Daryl earned her master’s degrees in mental health counseling from University of South Florida and social work from University of Hawaii. She is licensed in Hawaii as a marriage and family therapist (LMFT) and clinical social worker (LCSW). |

George R. Sullivan DIRECTOR OF FINANCE Mr. Sullivan has 31 years of experience in his accounting career beginning at a CPA firm working in the audit and tax departments, and moving to the private sector in the oil, distribution, manufacturing, and non-profit industries. He has been a management level accountant holding Controllership and Fiscal Director positions for the last fourteen years. He came to us here on Maui from Lifeline Connections in Vancouver, Washington; an agency very similar to ours where he served as the Fiscal Director. George attended college at the University of Albuquerque, New Mexico where he graduated cum laude with a BSBA in Accounting. |

Charlie Schlather CLINICAL DIRECTOR Mr. Schlather supervises the MYFS Foster Care, Intensive Services, Advocacy & Outreach and Independent Living Programs. He attained a Master of Science and Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin, specializing in children and family services. He has 17 plus years experience providing counseling services to youth and their families in a wide variety of settings. Mr. Schlather has strong roots in family systems therapy and believes children are best served by working with their surrounding systems (family, school, community). |

Christina Andersson CLINICAL DIRECTOR OF YOUTH SERVICES Ms. Andersson currently supervises the Maui Youth and Family Services Prevention programs, Adolescent Intensive Outpatient program and the Aloha House School Based Substance Abuse Program. She has over 10 years experience in working with adolescents and families in the substance abuse treatment field. She graduated from Argosy University in 2006 with her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy and is currently Licensed in the State of Hawaii. |
